Hello my friends, how are you?
Friday is finally here and I am so excited to see our friends tonight, at dinner, in one of our favorite restaurants in the town.

We plan to leave our home a little bit earlier, so that we have time to go for a walk around the town and down by the river, before dinner. What to wear...hm...something that is not too casual, but also not over the top! Ladies, all of my ball gowns are packed for my trip to England, where this Queen belongs.
Just kidding. ;)
The weather is gorgeous, not too hot, just pleasant...Ahh, I love Chicago at this time, when summer is still there, but fall is almost taking over.

Oh, yes, I almost forgot to tell you something that has been bugging me for the last two months!
My friend and I loved the book Where the Crawdads Sing so much, that we decided to see the same movie together. That was back in July! With summer vacation and kids out of school, we couldn't find time for ourselves.
Yea, the story of my life.
We kept our promise, though.
However, because I love that book so much, It was so hard to wait for so long :()
While I was waiting, I kept eating chocolates and gained 2 lbs in 2 months, so far.
Damn!
So, FINALLY this Sunday we are planning to see it.
