FIVE MORNING RITUALS

The morning routine is very important in the life of each of us. How we start our day depends on our mood, the energy we spread and thus affects all life relationships, such as family, work, love and friendships.

Isn't it nicer to start every day in a positive spirit?

In the morning, when we open our eyes, many of us feel tired, sleepy... we don't want to get out of our warm bed. We are not very happy that another working week full of various obligations is waiting for us.

Maybe you are one of the lucky ones who wakes up two hours earlier, happy and full of positive energy, but most of us are not... How do you achieve that and are you from this planet, we wonder, because no normal person gets up at 5 in the morning to run...no, really?!



What should we do to become active in the early hours of the morning?


So, my morning rituals, starting tomorrow! I would like to, also, begin my day in peace.​ Ready?

GET UP EARLY


Do you know what all successful people have in common?

They get up early.

Every day.

Get up early and give yourself 15 extra minutes to absorb that beautiful feeling of peace, to see the sunrise, make yourself a coffee or tea... Just 15 minutes and you are a completely different person during the day!



TODAY WILL BE A WONDERFUL DAY


Tell yourself that as soon as you wake up.

Today will be the most beautiful day in my life!

Don't touch the phone!

Don't look at Facebook and Instagram at the same second as soon as you open your eyes!

Repeat and imagine a wonderful day ahead of you.

Promise yourself that today you will be kind to everyone and especially to yourself.

Your thoughts, usually scattered all over the world, today will be calm, full of love, focused on important things.

Let some beautiful music chirp instead of an alarm that wakes up the whole neighborhood, just not you... Imagine a picture of a beautiful beach or mountain that you want to visit soon.

Breathe.



WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR?


Let's be grateful for everything we take for granted every day.

For our health, a warm home, food, love, friends, family...

Every morning ask yourself:

"What am I grateful for this morning?"

Even if the answers are the same as yesterday, you repeat them again:

"Thank you for the beautiful day that awaits me"

Say it, then imagine it.

That's how you summon beautiful moments and affirm your day.

"Thank you, I'm healthy, I'm alive...Thank you, thank you, thank you..."


STRETCH YOUR BODY AND SOUL​


If you are not one for running in the early morning, then at least exercise a little.

Do some light movements to wake up your body, muscles and soul.

Yoga for beginners or the well-known exercise of the Five Tibetans is very good for a gentle awakening.In just five minutes, you improve your circulation, physical and mental strength and rejuvenate yourself.



TAKE A SHOWER AND START YOUR DAY​


Your daily routine, such as showering, putting on make-up and dressing can begin...Remember, positive thoughts are your mood during the day, so don't get nervous for no reason in the traffic jam, play some light music or a podcast until work.

Give a smile to everyone who has the honor of meeting you that day, because you have made their day so beautiful, positive and sweet. They are just some little smurfs who have not yet discovered the secret of the morning ritual ;).
